$65/hour

From fixing that slow desktop computer to rearranging the apps on your smartphone, we’ve got you covered.

Device Purchasing & Initial Setup

Cost of purchased item(s) + $200

You give us the details including daily activities, price range, and design considerations, and we’ll buy it and walk you through initial set up and general use (includes up to 3 hours and any additional time at $50/hour).

Price includes 2 hours of tutoring time. Additional hours can be added on for set up at $50/hour in the first month.

Examples:

Buy a family member a new computer and help them set it up and learn core functions.
Buy a new smart TV, set up apps and accounts.

Concierge shopping

$200

We’ll walk you through the latest technology, features, and accessories, guiding you to your perfect match for a complete purchasing experience that includes in-store assistance (includes up to 3 hours and any additional time at $50/hour).

Cost includes shopping assistance only. Tutoring time can be added on for $50/hour for the first month.

Group Tutoring

$50/hour

Individual tutoring as above, but in a group! Can be at someone’s home, or a public place like a library or community center.

Subscription Services

$200/month for up to 5 hour-long tutoring sessions to cover any of your needs.
